Our U.S. Healing Retreats, also known as Wellness Retreats, are anywhere from 3 days to 1 week vacations that help people focus on their mental, physical, and emotional health.  They often offer a variety of activities and therapies, including: 

Meditation and Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathwork, etc. These practices are common at wellness retreats, which are often set in natural surroundings to help people disconnect from distractions & the hustle & bustle of life.

HEALTHY EATING:  Our Wellness retreats often offer healthy meal plans. 

WORKSHOPS:  Workshops can teach people about nutrition, stress management, and self-care. 

THERAPY SESSIONS:  These can include traditional counseling or alternative healing modalities like Reiki or Sound Therapy. 

MINDFULNESS ACTIVITIES:  These can include

Sister Circles, Journaling, Nature Walks, and Cacao Ceremonies.
